  • 7 June 2008: 10th selection: UN ECLAT will be screened in the official competition at the Iñigo Festival (TIFF) in Syndey, Australia,
    from 15 to 20 July, as part of World Youth Day.


  • 26 May 2008 : UN ECLAT won, ex-aequo, the Jury Prize at Leuven on Saturday!

  • 23 May 2008: Announced a few weeks late: UN ECLAT won the Photography Prize at the Paris festival (Programs Without Frontiers). Great work, Pierre Chrevrin!


  • 20 May 2008: 8th selection! UN ECLAT was among the 8 films competing in the CINESPI (Cinema and Spirituality) festival in Leuven , Belgium . The film will be shown on Saturday, 24 May at 4 p.m. , among (can you believe it!) The Trial of Joan of Arc (Bresson), Solaris (Tarkovksi), Cries and Whispers (Bergman), Into Great Silence (Gröning), Mary (Ferrara)... Brilliant, isn't it?


  • 31 March 2008 : UN ECLAT is now available at all Procure outlets (list of branches here) and Siloë outlets (list of branches here). You can also order it on the websites or at the boutique, SOLEIL CHERCHE FUTUR (here).

  • 28 March 2008 : The CFRT (French Committee of Radio Television takes over sales of UN ECLAT for spiritual channels around the world.

  • 6th March 08 : the film will be screening during the ECU Festival on Sunday 16th March at 5 PM in the BnF's Short Auditorium (M° Bibliothèque, l. 14).
  • 6th February 2008 : "UN ECLAT" is highlighted during the Easter celebrations on the main website of Jour du Seigneur.

  • 20th February 2008 : official selection for the ECU Festival (European Independant Film Festival) which takes place at the BnF (Paris), from the 14th to the 16th March 08).
    "The ÉCU Film Festival’s mantra is to discover the very best independent filmmaking talent from around the world.   • During the patrimony showcase, the film will be on screen on Saturday 10th November at 4pm in the studio of the French Comedy Theatre.



  • The film will be presented at the selective film festival of Brest from the 10th to the 18th November 2007.

  • 22th June 07 : Official selection for the Vebron Festival (France). Screening the 18/07 at 11am.



  • 20th June 07: Official selection for the Montreal World Film Festival that
    will be held late August in Montreal (Québec)

  • 13th June 07: Private viewing at the Architecture and Heritage Center (Palais du Trocadero), during an award ceremony organised by The Pelerin.
  • 11th June 2007 : KTO bought the non exclusive rights for an 18 months period, starting from the end of 2007.



  • 5th June 2007 : The film will now be distributed by Nathalie Lebel from the Short Film Agency (Paris) except for North America, represented by Stephanie Despierres from Ouat Media (Toronto).



  • 16th May 2007 : the film was presented at the Short Film Corner (Cannes 2007)
